Are you hoping to get Wi-Fi on your flight? Are you tired of unknown meal options? Curious if you can plug in your laptop? Or perhaps you prefer extra legroom or a lie-flat seat. With this partnership, travellers can now find a great in-flight experience as Egencia makes the amenity guessing game a thing of the past.
According to the first-ever Business and Technology Travel Study by Egencia®, travellers deem Wi-Fi twice as important (67 per cent) as free breakfast (32 per cent) and hotspots are now more important than parking spots. To ensure customers enjoy their flight, the partnership between Routehappy and Egencia provides customers with a look into their air travel experience before take-off. By leveraging data pulled from Routehappy’s Scores & Amenities API, Egencia customers will benefit from their definitive and unbiased rating system and detailed amenity information.

With Egencia® TripNavigator, customers can book a flight and see additional flight details including ratings, legroom, meal and Wi-Fi availability or the ability to plug into a power outlet near their seat. Once a flight is booked, information from Routehappy integrates into the Egencia itinerary providing up-to-date details on personalised flight amenities in the trips section of the app. No matter what stage of planning, travellers will feel confident that they have found the best flight for them.
