Poken records 96% revenue growth

Poken the green event platform
Poken, the green event platform, today reveals that is has seen a 96% increase in revenues globally for the period January 2014 to December 2014. This significant growth in sales follows a successful year in 2013 for the company, during which revenues had increased by 40%.
Significant increases in sales for Poken’s comprehensive event management software suite have been recorded throughout the firm’s offices, with the USA, UK and the Middle East leading.  Poken has registered offices in New York, Palo Alto, London, Paris, Lausanne, Sibiu, Johannesburg, Dubai, Riyadh and Mexico.  New subsidiaries or franchised partnerships are planned for 2015, as demand from the medical associations sector in particular has been strong.

Poken’s suite of software and digital devices supports a growing desire among event planners to use a single software platform that supports the green agenda, avoiding the need to print content yet offering exhibitors and sponsors the visibility they need. Powered by digital touch points and USB Poken devices that enable digital content collection and facilitate networking, Poken’s suite of software includes lead generation, pre- and post-event communications and analytics, registration, event apps, digital content collection and sharing and networking tools for delegates to maximise their time at events and connect with the right people.

Stéphane Doutriaux, CEO of Poken, comments: “Planners are choosing Poken due to its flexibility and comprehensive single platform approach. Our fun Poken USB devices are a great ice-breaker, but they are more than just an eye-catching gadget: they drive digital content collection and networking, and enable event planners to have invaluable access to analytics that inform what is popular and what works well or not at their event. We’re delighted to see this increase in demand and look forward to working on some fantastic events in 2015.”
