UK growth sets HotelTonight to a bright 2015

HotelTonight, the leading mobile-only hotel booking app, has announced a significant increase in bookings across 2013-2014 and new high profile hotel partners.
Following the recent move from same day to seven day hotel booking app, and the announcement of new international offices in Berlin, Paris, Sydney and Toronto, HotelTonight releases growth figures and looks ahead to a positive 2015, reinforcing its position as the leading player in the mobile hotel booking industry.

The company registered a strong year on year booking growth, with an overall 175 per cent increase in bookings across the UK, with Scotland in particular registering 184 per cent rise. HotelTonight’s growth trajectory is set to continue into 2015 as the company adds to its current roster of over 15,000 hotel partners, and more consumers use the app to book their hotel stays.  

Interestingly, the most booked hotel category in the UK is ‘Hip’, revealing that those booking the UK are not only looking for a hotel to relax after a busy day, but for a stylish experience, and HotelTonight is helping them to do so by offering a curated list of hotels through the UK.  

To add to the success, HotelTonight has recently signed up partnerships with high profile brands, such as The Ace Group, Principal Hayley, Red Carnation Hotels and Macdonalds Hotels and Resorts. These new hotels reinforce HotelTonight as a preferential partner in the last minute hotel booking sector, whilst continuing to offer the growing number of savvy travelers the opportunity to get the best deal and to plan less and live more.
