Bizzabo launches new agenda feature to streamline schedule-building on web and mobile

Event software platform modernizes the single agenda for multiple platforms

Bizzabo, the world’s leading networking platform and event app, today announced the launch of a new agenda feature that will provide event organizers with the ability to automatically synchronize the master online agenda with all other digital event platforms, and create beautiful speaker profiles, with just one click.

The new agenda feature will work to simplify the complicated effort of schedule building and updating across platforms by creating one centralized dashboard to control schedules across mobile and web platforms. The agenda solution simultaneously synchronizes all updates made in the organizer dashboard straight to the web platform and mobile event app allowing event organizers to more effectively inform and engage with attendees on new additions and changes both before and during the conference. “We are constantly listening to our wide variety of event organizers and are developing features to help streamline event planning and managing. We learned that building and maintaining event schedules on event websites, event apps and print is a very tedious process”, says Co-Founder & CMO, Alon Alroy.  

Organizers can now use Bizzabo’s powered agenda as their main agenda and make sure event attendees are always up to date. The agenda can be embedded on any website. “This new feature is one more step forward in innovating our industry and bringing the necessary time savers and engagement tools event planners require”, says Co-Founder & Chief Product, Boaz Katz.  

The agenda feature comes on the heels of Bizzabo’s recent funding announcement of $2.5 million with $4 million raised to date. Alongside funding, the growing company recently announced reaching the significant milestone of partnering with 4,000 professional events in just two years. The new investment and growth are a testament to the enthusiasm Bizzabo's investors and customers have in the potential for continued progress and the planned rollout of Bizzabo’s new set of products. The company is working to build on the success of its current offering to bring new functionalities to organizers of professional events.
