Guestline forms new corporate team to serve hotel groups

Guestline have formed a new Corporate Team to develop and deliver software solutions specifically for Hotel Groups, Management companies, Consortia and Serviced Apartments. Headed up by Matt Willacy, the team has a wealth of experience in the hospitality industry and will provide clients with alternative enterprise solutions for their property management and distribution needs.

Matt Willacy said ‘Our mission is simple - to be the system of choice for multi property operations in the hotel and serviced apartment sectors. Our success to date is supported by our substantial client portfolio and proven results.

Our hotel and central management systems, distribution platform and digital marketing services are designed to deliver an enriched customer experience and seamlessly connect all areas of the customer journey to enable hotel groups and apartments to maximise reservation profit, reduce commissions and generate revenue. We want the industry to challenge us to demonstrate how our solutions can deliver results for their business.'

Guestline's range of products covers all areas of hospitality and hotel management and develop multi-functional, cloud based property management systems that enables properties of all sizes to maximize revenue, streamline management processes and reduce operational costs. Customers include leading five star hotels, global apartment operators, student accommodation and budget hotels that operate on an independent or large group basis with interfaces to the booking systems of global hotel brands.

Matt Willacy - Corporate Sales Manager: 20 years' experience in the hotel technology software industry, having previously held product and sales management roles at Micros and Infor.

Jo Gardner - Corporate Sales Consultant: 20 years' experience in the hospitality industry, specialising in hotel management software, having previously worked for Verteda (formerly Agilysys) and Micros.

Nick Dodd - Corporate Sales Consultant: over 20 years' experience in both the IT industry and in hospitality, having previously worked in business management software and for an international corporate travel group.

Jake Lucas - Corporate Sales Support Consultant: over 5 years sales and marketing experience in the financial sector
