Supranational Hotels partner with Hospitality Action to support training and fundraising initiatives

Supranational Hotels, the leading provider of hotel distribution technology and sales and marketing representation, is partnering with trade industry charity Hospitality Action to support vital fundraising initiatives and provide on-the-job training at their London head office.

Hospitality Action is the trade charity offering a crucial lifeline to people of all ages, working and retired from the hospitality industry. The not-for-profit organisation is dependent entirely on individuals and corporate bodies from within the industry to support and fund life-changing work-based initiatives.

As part of an ongoing programme with leading hospitality brands around the world, Supranational Hotels has committed to providing a full-day’s training or refresher training to be assigned by the Hospitality Action Grants Team later this year.

Those awarded the training with Supranational will have access to all areas of the business, including distribution networks such as Global Distribution Systems (GDS), advanced technologies such Internet Booking Engines (IBE)  and Central Reservation Systems  (CRS) and the sales and marketing expertise for which Supranational is renowned.

In addition, several hotels within the Supranational portfolio are supporting Hospitality Action’s ongoing fundraising programme, donating vouchers and prizes including overnight breaks at Space Hotels’ Hotel Andreola in Milan, Hotel Leopolis in Lviv and the Maritim Hotel Berlin, as well as accommodation from partners such as Amedia Hotels and Sweden Hotels, all to be auctioned off during a series of Hospitality Action fundraising events.

Cho Wong, Managing Director of Supranational Hotels comments, “I am delighted that Supranational Hotels is able to support the invaluable efforts Hospitality Action, both through ongoing fundraising and by offering training to those that can benefit from our 40 years of experience in the industry.”
