Corporate and agency buyers were invited to the evening drinks reception to meet with representatives from each city to learn more about Switzerland’s meetings and events offering. Partners included Geneva, Basel, Zurich, Villars-Les Diablerets, Bern, St. Gallen Bodensee and SWISS International Airlines.
Throughout the evening attendees participated in a series of activities that related to the recently launched Swiss Formula – The Science of Great Meetings campaign. Attendees were encouraged to visit as many representatives as possible and answer questions during the evening, incentivised by greater chances to win prizes. Prizes included two overnight stays at the Grand Resort Bad Ragaz for two people.

Switzerland Convention and Incentive Bureau launched its Swiss Formula – The Science of Great Meetings campaign earlier this year. The campaign focuses on identifying what makes a great event by tapping into the knowledge of experienced event organisers and highlighting successful event case studies in Switzerland.
