Offering the Swiss Fondue Burger from 3rd December 2015On 3rd December 2015, Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa, Switzerland is launching its latest venue – The Basement, offering a range of innovative dishes, shared tables and fuss-free hospitality.
With a menu created by award-winning chef Tobias Jochim and his team, the new venue features a gourmet diner with high quality locally sourced Swiss ingredients, including fondue burgers with a glass of Swiss kirsch, fish and chips with perch fillets from Lake Constance and cheesecake made with local Arosa cheese.
The Basement's menu also has a "Slow Corner" with a selection of perfectly grilled steaks.
The Basement seats 83, including individual high- and shared tables, blending stone and slate with an abundance of wood and clever lighting. Created by designer Raphael Otto from Atelier 72, the restaurant has an atmosphere oozing with rustic style.
