The Restaurant at The Dolder Grand, Zurich, has been awarded The Culture Trip’s Zurich Local Favourite Award 2015. Passionate about placing the Swiss capital in the global spotlight, the awards showcase the best of Zurich’s culinary scene, from traditional wine houses, to elegant Michelin starred eateries.

Under the watchful eye of Chef Fine Dining, Heiko Nieder, The Restaurant offers fresh and innovative gourmet cuisine, boasting 18 GaultMillau points and two Michelin stars. The five-course lunch and eight-course dinner menus bring Nieder’s flavourful mastery to life, showcasing modern Swiss interpretations and classic European cuisine. In 2014, Heiko Nieder was awarded Le Grand Chef du Guide Bleu' by Guide Bleu, and 'BestGerman Chef abroad' by GaultMillau Germany.
