On each of the three evenings, guests will indulge in an exclusive 8-course dinner, prepared by The Dolder Grand’s Fine Dining chef Heiko Nieder, whose innovation and flavourful mastery have seen him earn two Michelin stars. Serving up culinary masterpieces alongside Heiko Nieder, are esteemed chefs; Quique Dacosta, Gert De Mangeleer and Christian Bau, each with 3 Michelin stars.
Expert-led tasting sessions are on offer, allowing guests the opportunity to experience champagne, wine, rum and chocolates, and taste wines from the esteemed Domaine de la Romanee-Conti estate; one of the world’s most sought after wines, exuding grace, purity and finesse.
The Grand Finale, set within the Gallery and Gallery Lounges, draws Epicure to a close. Heiko Nieder presents exclusive delicacies at eleven food stations, along with eleven award winning chefs; Stefano Baicco, Mauro Colagreco, Gert De Mangeleer, Peter Knogl, Onno Kokmeijer, Silvio Nickol, Christoph Ruffer, Masanori Tomikawa, Davide Scabin, top pastry chef Yann Duytsche and world-class bartender David Rios.
