Celebrity Chef, Hélène Darroze at Mandarin Oriental, Geneva

Mandarin Oriental, Geneva will host world famous, Michelin-starred chef, Hélène Darroze, at the hotel's Café Calla restaurant this autumn. Gourmets can indulge in Chef Darroze's signature French cuisine at the hotel from 22 - 26 September 2015. Ingredients always take precedence in her kitchen, and she carefully considers produce, season and expert knowledge. In the chef’s words, “As a fourth generation chef, for me, food is an opportunity to bring people pleasure and happiness!

Guests have two opportunities to experience Chef Darroze's fine dining at Café Calla.
• Lunch and dinner menus from 22 to 26 September
The four-course lunch menu and six-course dinner menu by Hélène Darroze will be located in Café Calla, tables seat up to eight persons each, while its private dining room can seat 12. Total restaurant seating is limited to 80 persons for both lunch and dinner. Reservations can be made via email at This email address is being protected from spambots. • Gourmet Dinner with Hélène Darroze package on 25 and 26 September only The Gourmet Dinner with Hélène Darroze accommodation package is available for diners on 25 and 26 September 2015 only. The package includes one night accommodation in a Premier River View room, dinner at Café Calla with Hélène Darroze’s special six-course menu on the night of stay, breakfast, internet connection and a special commemorative gift.
