Hilton HHonors launches Dream Resorts Promotion offering up to 30% off
Hilton HHonors, the loyalty program for Hilton Worldwide’s 10 distinct hotel brands, has revealed the most popular resorts for British holidaymakers across Europe, Middle East and Africa. With the end of a long and chilly winter in sight, guests are invited to make the most of these destinations by booking ahead with the Dream Resorts Promotion and enjoying up to a 30% saving on bed and breakfast room rates.Top of the destination hot list are Egypt, UAE and Portugal, where British sun seekers are escaping the doom and gloom and enjoying dream holidays in beautiful resorts such as Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort in UAE, Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa in Portugal, and Hilton Sharks Bay Resort, Egypt – all of which feature in Hilton’s top six most visited resorts in Europe the Middle East and Africa.
Hilton HHonors is encouraging guests to experience its hot list of holiday resorts, with the newly launched Dream Resorts Promotion. Members can enjoy up to a 30% discount by booking 30 days ahead at selected properties from now until May 14, 2013, for stays between March 14, 2013 and December 31, 2013, while also earning Hilton HHonors points.
The hot list also uncovered travel trends such as:
- United Arab Emirates: A British holiday favourite, the upscale Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort & Spa welcomed more than double the number of UK guests in 2012, compared with the previous year. With its private beach and location on the northern tip of the Arabian Peninsula, the resort has fast become one of the most popular holiday hot spots in the Middle East, for couples and families.
- EGYPT: Three of the top five hot list resorts are in Egypt in the southern Sharm region. Hilton Sharm Waterfalls Resort, Hilton Sharm Dreams Resort and Hilton Sharks Bay Resort continue to welcome large numbers of British guests.
- PORTUGAL: A British family favourite, Hilton Vilamoura As Cascatas Golf Resort & Spa, has also seen a marked increase in the number of UK guests with a 25% year on year increase.
