An exciting new Hospitality Tech Showcase will take place at the 2016 edition of the highly anticipated Travel Technology Europe (TTE) in February this year.
Demonstrating the latest thinking and technological developments for hospitality businesses to gain a competitive edge, Hospitality Tech Showcase is free to attend at London Olympia on 24-25 February.

David Chapple, event director, Travel Technology Europe, explains:   “Addressing how to reduce business costs will always be a priority for any industry, and the diverse range of technology available in the hospitality sector means it can be a minefield when it comes to finding the right solution. The new Hospitality Tech Showcase aims to not only demystify, but also to highlight to hotel and B&B owners how they can make more money from guests and understand what the future holds.”

The Hospitality Tech Showcase includes a two-day conference where hoteliers and B&B owners can learn about realising the true potential of their business.  Masterclasses, keynote speakers and expert advisors will uncover how to drive revenue through the latest tools dedicated to guest experience, operational management, attracting web traffic and converting online browsers to bookers, and much more.

The ‘Experience’ conference theatre at Travel Technology Europe will host sessions dedicated to innovation in hospitality technology, with business advice and insight from industry leaders such as:
• Steve Barratt, technology project director at Mandarin Oriental, offers future-proofing tips on what the hotel guests of tomorrow want including looking at how virtual reality and in-room technologies will revolutionise hospitality marketing
• A masterclass session on TRevPar v RevPAR empowering visitors with invaluable insight into using technology to identify what extras which guests might be tempted to spend on to ultimately increase revenue without increasing costs
• A hotel booking round table will feature Lennert de Jong from citizen and Christopher Ulph from Sabre Hospitality Solutions debating the hottest trends and challenges around the booking journey

Chapple adds:   “Hoteliers and B&B owners looking to understand their routes to market, including how to maximise direct channels or harness OTAs, will find practical support to help them boost revenue at the Hospitality Tech Showcase element of Travel Technology Europe this year. It is a must-attend event for any hospitality professional planning to future proof their business and secure revenue from the travellers of tomorrow.”

The one-of-a-kind Hospitality Tech Showcase at Travel Technology Europe will feature up to 40 exhibitors specialising in distribution, hotel, in-room and marketing technology for the accommodation sector.
