Travel Technology Europe nears exhibitor sell out with more than three months to go

With 90 per cent of exhibitors booked and just 14 stands remaining, planning for the 13th annual Travel Technology Europe (TTE) is well underway. The leading show of its kind, TTE stand bookings for the 2016 show are 50 per cent ahead year-on-year with more exhibitors expected than any other year.

Taking place on 24-25 February 2016, the event will showcase hundreds of the very latest innovations, services and solutions from leading specialist suppliers, plus 40 hours of top quality educational content. TTE 2016 is now officially open for visitor registration.

Over 5,500 travel technology buyers are expected to attend the show at the Olympia Exhibition Centre. Exhibitor sign up has already been incredibly strong, with confirmed big brand presence such as Multicom, CodeGen, Sabre and Comtec leading the charge. The full exhibitor list is available online.

There are five separate conference theatres each with a dedicated stream.  These include: Accelerate, Promote, Innovate, Disrupt and Experience, delivering over 40 sessions of free content. In addition to the thought-provoking speeches, panel debates and interactive masterclasses that TTE visitors know and enjoy, the 2016 show will also host a range of new features, including:
• Supporting industry innovation with Launch pad, a dedicated area for start-up companies to present their business ideas
• Marketers will also be able to get tailored independent advice at the new Econsultancy Advice Clinic hosted by leading industry professionals
• The dedicated Hospitality Technology Showcase, which currently has 12 confirmed exhibitors, designed to connect technology professionals to leading and innovative suppliers covering guest experience, marketing, operational management and revenue generation

“Travel Technology Europe continues to grow in success. “We have already surpassed the number of exhibitors we had at this year’s show. To have so many already committed, a split of around 80 per cent returning and 20 per cent brand new to TTE, is incredibly exciting. We continue to develop and evolve the show and I’m confident the new additions for 2016, such as Launch pad, Hospitality Technology Showcase and the Econsultancy Advice Clinic will prove to be a hit with visitors.” said Sam Cande, group commercial director, Travel Technology Europe

TTE is the largest specialist event of its kind in Europe and visitors working in IT, marketing and hospitality typically come from all areas of the travel and tourism sector. Visitors to TTE range from tour operators, travel agents and online travel providers to representatives from destination management companies, accommodation providers, cruise companies and airlines; providing a networking forum with an unparalleled depth of contacts.

Travel Technology Europe will take place on 24 and 25 February 2016 at the Olympia Exhibition Centre in London.
