Less than two years from opening, ICC Sydney is already winning awards for its marketing of Australia's premier and first fully integrated convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct.
ICC Sydney's expo stand showcased a new virtual look inside the venue with a video overlaying animation and real footage. Blending the virtual with the physical, the stand also featured a model of the venue with detailed floor plans of each level which allowed people to draw traffic flows, highlight rooms and discover the venue's integration for the first time.
ICC Sydney CEO and AEG Ogden Director of Convention Centres, Geoff Donaghy said he was proud to see his team being recognised for their passion and determination to deliver world class experiences at ICC Sydney.
"Our promise is to deliver world class in everything that we do and tonight's award for innovation underlines that commitment," Mr Donaghy said.
Opening in December 2016, ICC Sydney's 70 rooms, seamless connectivity and inner city, waterfront destination deliver a premium choice for global and local business events.
