IT&CM China 2013 advances its position as the leading international MICE event in China

Most Successful IT&CM China show since its inception

This year’s event has surpassed the show’s previous 6 instalments, making it the most successful in IT&CM China’s 7-year history. And by success, organisers TTG Events, CITS International M.I.C.E. and MP International have many indicators to go by.
First, IT&CM China 2013 is the largest and most diverse show, with an attendance of 3,000 MICE professionals from sectors including DMCs, PCOs, corporate travel and associations, including some 400 hosted delegates.

AIBTM offers 30 hours of CEU accredited education

AIBTM, The Americas Incentive, Business Travel & Meetings Exhibition, has released full details of their Education Day programme which will include 30 hours of CEU accredited sessions. The programme includes 34 different subjects that have been specifically designed to support meetings industry professionals in ‘defining the future of meetings… together’.

Technology on the rise at CIBTM

Research conducted by Reed Travel Exhibitions has confirmed that 77% of buyer respondents who attended last year’s CIBTM confirmed that they regularly use social media as an events communication tool and 50% stated that they would begin implementing virtual meetings technology within the next 12 months.

PCMA delivers tailored education stream at AIBTM

The Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) are set to deliver a series of seminars at AIBTM, which are dedicated to supporting the corporate meeting planners of the future.
The seminar program will build on the strategic partnership, which was formed between the IBTM Global Events Portfolio and PCMA in 2010. PCMA is responsible for delivering a corporate education stream at each of the IBTM Events, which are held annually across the globe.
