Marking the 75th hotel for the Mercure brand in the UK & Ireland, the new build hotel offers a monscierge service for guests who want a very quick, hassle-free check in and check-out, demonstrating the Mercure brand’s continued commitment to putting the customer’s welcome experience at its heart.
The main lobby area also features medium and low ‘host’ tables, which are designed to welcome guests that have time to relax whilst checking in.
The hotel infuses locally inspired design elements throughout its interior such as the brand wall, which showcases a landscape view of Edinburgh, framed in local stone. There is an onsite gym, restaurant and bar and guests can also enjoy the ‘Flavours from the Cellar’ wine list, which includes three handpicked wines available across Mercure Hotels in the UK, selected by the BBC Saturday Kitchen Masters of Wine, Susie Barrie and Peter Richards.
Mercure Edinburgh Quay boasts 110 bedrooms and offers guests a range of accommodation including classic rooms and privilege rooms. Each bedroom is equipped with exquisite décor and modern technology, including Apple TV’s.

Starting from £110 a night, Mercure Edinburgh Quay is located the heart of the city offering easy access to the EICC – Edinburgh International Conference Centre, Haymarket train station and the Princes Street. There is also free high speed Wi-Fi available throughout the hotel.
