This exciting event offers a platform for companies involved with wheeled vehicles from motorbikes to cycles, cars, trucks and accessories, to showcase their products to local, regional and national enthusiasts. Wheels 2013 will have something for everyone with opportunities for children to get up close and experience the products on show, ensuring the event appeals to families as well as enthusiasts.
Wheels 2013 will incorporate local Honda motorcycle dealer, Ecosse Motorcycle’s Open Weekend, and showcase the new Honda models for 2013.
Brian Horsburgh, Managing Director of AECC commented: “We are delighted to have the inaugural Wheels 2013 event at AECC. This is the only event of its kind in the North East of Scotland and will be wonderful to bring together motorcycle enthusiasts and those who prefer four wheels, to kick-start what will hopefully be the first event of many.”
Martin Marshall from Ecosse Honda commented: “Wheels 2013 is a great opportunity for those with a love of wheeled vehicles to come together and share a common interest.”
Hedzup Racing, a Scottish youth development initiative will also be involved with Wheels 2013. Hedzup works with young people through the formation of a motorcycle road racing team to attain genuine and usable life skills such as trust and self confidence which may, for whatever reason, have passed them by. The project provides young people with the opportunity to meet people and become part of something which promotes enjoyment and ambition.
Wheels 2013 will run from 10am – 4pm on Sunday 21st April at AECC and will be free to the public.
