Customers give the Beardmore the Gold Standard

The Beardmore Hotel and Conference Centre has announced that it has achieved VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.
Based solely on customer feedback on 400 venues across the UK, the Beardmore is one of only 26 venues to reach the gold standard and one of only three in Scotland.

Market research agency BDRC Continental recently announced the venues that had attained Gold Standard accreditation, which is awarded to any participating venue with a twelve-month Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +70 (scores range from -100 to +100). NPS is a progressive measure of customer service performance which acknowledges the power that excellent service has when it comes to driving positive word of mouth for a brand.

James Bland, Client Services Director at BDRC Continental, is responsible for the programme. Congratulating the Beardmore on its achievement, James said: “To achieve a Net Promoter Score in excess of +70 over twelve months can only be done by delivering consistently outstanding customer experiences.”

Bronagh Bell, Director of the Beardmore, commented: “This is the key honour for conference and meeting venues and demonstrates our commitment to providing excellence to the events sector. We are truly delighted to have achieved the VenueVerdict Gold Standard Accreditation.

“At The Beadmore we are committed to providing a personalised service for every client, with attention to detail underpinned by an infrastructure to meet the needs of conference clients.

“We have worked really hard to ensure customer satisfaction, so it’s great that feedback from our clients has put us in the top 26 venues in the UK in 2012.

“We look forward to enhancing our client experience through excellent service, innovation and continuous improvement , throughout this year and 2014, through the Commonwealth Games and beyond.”
