New management duo promises to wow guests at Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel

Peter Hill
Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert Hotel is welcoming a new General Manager and Deputy General Manager to oversee another productive era for the landmark property.
Peter Hill, who joins the historic, 148-bedroom former warehouse from Holiday Inn, will be overseeing operations as General Manager while his deputy, Fabio Leoni, will be using his decade of experience to support the running of the property, with a focus on people and product.

The duo will oversee all aspects of operations at the city centre destination and say they hope to introduce a new generation of travellers to the global hotel brand.

A highly experienced manager, Peter has gained hospitality expertise from across the globe while working for renowned destinations and hotel groups including Disney World Florida, Bass Hotels and Holiday Inn.

Fabio will also be bringing a wealth of expertise to the team, with previous managerial roles at luxury hotels in London and Manchester.

Speaking of his new position, Fabio said: “The Manchester Marriott Victoria & Albert is a very well known property in the area and I’m very much looking forward to working with such a varied team.

“We are in a great location, with Spinningfields on our doorstep and we want to help guests discover more about this side of the city.”

Peter will be using his skills and knowledge of the industry to further enhance the guest experience and ensure customer satisfaction.

He explained: “Manchester is one of the fastest growing economies in the UK and we want to make today’s travellers feel at home when they visit.

“I’m confident Fabio and I will make an excellent team, ensuring we deliver the best possible experience for our guests and take care of every aspect of their stay.”
