Travel technology Clicktripz appoints APAC Vice President

Travel technology recruits Jennifer Chua from Skyscanner for APAC

Travel technology has appointed Jennifer Chua as Vice President of Clicktripz’s APAC region.
Chua’s scope at Clicktripz will be to enhance existing relationships within the APAC region, as well as develop new relationships. The VP is tasked with bringing Clicktripz’s solutions and technology to new travel sites and firms in the Asia-Pacific region, in line with the firm’s ambitious expansion strategy.

An experienced leader, Chua has close to 20 years’ standing, in her specialist field of travel technology. Her career began working with the GDS, at Abacus and then Amadeus, before moving to OTA Travelocity and then flight metasearch Skyscanner.

Ross Weber, Co-Founder and CEO states: “We are thrilled to welcome such a stellar international online professional to Clicktripz. Jennifer has a deep insight of sales and marketing, as well as customer service skills within ecommerce, in the hospitality and travel industry sectors. I’ve no doubt she will be a great asset to the business.”

Chua states: “I am excited about joining Clicktripz. I plan to apply my past experience within travel tech start-ups in the APAC region, to achieve the same success in my new role at Clicktripz. For example, being part of Amadeus’ pioneer team in their Singapore office start-up, Travelocity’s initial team in APAC and Skyscanner’s initial B2B and Hotel team in APAC. I relish the challenge of growing the Clicktripz brand in APAC.”

Clicktripz is a travel-specific advertising technology that services the needs of three groups in the online travel ecosystem. Clicktripz leverages a patent-pending proprietary ad serving platform, to effectively and efficiently connect advertisers, travelers and publishers at scale.

Advertisers benefit from a highly qualified traffic source that permits granular bidding against each publisher within its network.  Publishers receive highly competitive payment, precisely commensurate to the quality of traffic they drive to advertisers. Travellers benefit from a solution that lets them quickly and easily compare the publisher’s prices with those of other travel sites, to find the best travel product for them.

Founded in 2010 and with offices in California, Washington DC and London, the platform currently services 1,000s of active advertising campaigns from worldwide partners, which span 35 different languages.  The Clicktripz technology enables travel sites around the world to maximize revenue from every visitor, regardless of location, language, or device.
