Phil Duffy will be responsible for initiating and developing new customer relationships as BCD M&E looks to develop and grow its UK customer base. Duffy, who previously worked as a Senior Project Manager on the Rugby World Cup account, has over 10 years’ experience in operations and managing sports related events. He has an excellent track record in working with clients to develop and manage relationships.

Michelle McMinn joins BCD M&E from Grass Roots and brings over 12 years of experience in the meetings and events industry, including managing prestigious events such as the all new Ford Mondeo and Focus, a multi-million pound launch hosting over 1,000 automotive journalists over 10 weeks in the South of Spain and the Dealer Launch of the Hyundai i10. Her destination knowledge and experience in managing both events and incentives will be very valuable to BCD M&E’s expanding client base. Michelle will be responsible for managing the UK events team and will report directly into Sue Burgess, Senior Director for Operations.
Finally, Isabelle Azam brings a wealth of experience from 20 years of working within marketing and management in an international environment for a wide variety of companies – from Telecomm and IT to finance, FMCG and automotive. Prior to joining the BCD M&E team, she worked in the global Event and Sports Marketing industry and later specialized in designing and implementing events with Destination Management Companies in Italy. Her extensive knowledge of the sports industry, incentive market and multiple languages will be a great contribution to the team.
