Beaumont Estate appoints new Venue Director

Paul Duggan
Beaumont Estate, part of the PH Hotels Collection, in Old Windsor has appointed Paul Duggan as its new venue director. With over 28 years hospitality experience, Duggan joins Beaumont Estate from Radisson Blu Edwardian Heathrow where he achieved 25% profit uplift. Under his leadership the hotel was awarded best UK hotel conference venue at the Conference Venue & Supplier Awards.

As venue director, Duggan will be at the helm of the hotel’s forthcoming refurbishment and market repositioning. He will also oversee all hotel services including front and back of house, implement strategies to maximise profits across both the conference and leisure areas of the business, and identify opportunities to enhance customer experience.

Duggan said: “I am delighted to join the Beaumont team. The hotel is going through an exciting phase of redevelopment with investment going into team expansion and aesthetic refurbishment. Going forward Beaumont Estate will be established as the destination of choice for conference, business and leisure guests requiring close proximity to both Heathrow and Legoland.”

Duggan has extensive experience re-opening and re-launching hotels following multi-million pound refurbishment programmes. He has managed a number of large hotels and properties with multiple facilities including conference suites, banqueting, restaurant and spa.

A four star hotel, Beaumont Estate comprises 414 bedrooms and 75 inspiring spaces across 8 meeting zones in which to hold a variety of private and corporate events for up to 450 delegates including meetings, conferences and Christmas parties. Free car parking is available for 400 cars. There is also a 20m pool and gym and the Estate is set in 40 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens.
