Hossam El Said joins management team at Amwaj RotanaHeralded for his passion for Food and Beverage, Hossam El Said brings with him more than 15 years of international experience within the industry from Sharm El Sheikh to Abu Dhabi and now to Dubai. Although holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Hossam began his career in a humble position as a waiter and made his way up to the top.
Growing through the ranks, Hossam held positions such as Restaurant and Bar Manager at Novotel & Ibis Deira City Centre, Dubai, and subsequently joined the Rotana family in 2010 as Assistant Food and Beverage Director. In 2013, he was promoted to Director of Food and Beverage for Yas Island Rotana and Centro Yas Island where he held the position for two years before joining Amwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach, Dubai this year.
Commenting on his new appointment, Hossam says, “It is always very rewarding to be given opportunities to grow and Rotana has guided me in paving a career of success.”
Hossam has joined the hotel at a significant period with the opening a fourth signature concept in the first quarter of 2016 as well as key refurbishment projects for its well-known restaurants, Rosso and Benihana.
