CTI strengthens operations with key appointments

CTI, the leading regional business travel provider, has strengthened its customer service and operational capabilities with several key appointments and promotions.  
Patricia Stanier joins CTI as General Manager, having previously held a similar role with HRG for over 10 years. Working alongside CTI's CEO, Clive Wratten, Patricia will oversee the five CTI Travel offices with responsibility for day to day operations, client service delivery and staff performance.

Sue Holmes joins CTI as Head of Management Information Systems. With a history of software development and project lifecycles in financial services and legal communities, she will be responsible for CTI’s overall reporting systems.  

Mike Jones, formerly Head of Multi-National Sales, has been promoted to Director of Sales. Mike who joined the company in 2005, will manage the travel sales team, as well as developing CTI’s global partnership programme.   

Anne-Marie Crawford moves to a new role as Director of Client Management & Sales - Hotels. Anne-Marie, who has been with the company since 2003, is taking responsibility for service delivery for CTI Hotels' clients. Anne-Marie will also manage business development for CTI hotels.  

Matt Lambert, formerly manager of CTI's Hull office, has been promoted to Director of Travel Operations. Matt joined the company in 2004 and will now manage air supplier relations along with travel processes and internal systems.
