Debbie Cappadona appointed Restaurant Manager of La Brasserie at The Chester Grosvenor

The award-winning Chester Grosvenor has announced the appointment of Debbie Cappadona as Restaurant Manager of the hotel’s La Brasserie restaurant.
Debbie brings a wealth of experience to her new role with a strong management background in the hotel and hospitality sector. Debbie has previously held management roles at the Jean Christophe Novelli Brasserie at the Double Tree by Hilton Hotel & Spa in Liverpool, the Chester Race Company, Manchester United Football Club, Harry’s Bistro, as well as Queen’s Hotel Liverpool, the Westminster Hotel Chester and the Llyndir Hall Hotel.

Within her new role as Restaurant Manager of La Brasserie, Debbie will be responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of the restaurant to further strengthen its success and reputation amongst both hotel guests and locals alike.  

On her appointment, Debbie commented “I am so happy to be returning to Chester, my home town, and being part of this beautiful hotel which is so special to the city. I am looking forward to my journey ahead in leading and developing the young talent which already exists within the team”.  

La Brasserie at The Chester Grosvenor is the perfect place for a coffee, a cocktail or a leisurely meal. The black leather sofas, sleek granite table tops and hand-painted glass skylight all add to sophisticated Parisian ambiance. The restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner daily with a delicious menu inspired by French cuisine. La Brasserie has recently introduced a Josper oven, burning Tregothnan Kentish estate sustainable coppice wood and providing restaurant guests with an enhanced charcoal grill offering.  

Established in 1865, The Chester Grosvenor also boasts 68 beautiful bedrooms and 12 stylish suites, the ‘Simon Radley at The Chester Grosvenor’ restaurant which has retained its Michelin star for 26 consecutive years, a boutique spa, as well as the elegant Arkle Bar and Lounge and The Riedel Cellar.
