Quinn joins from Etihad Airways where she was Sales Manager, North for almost five years. She starts this week, based at its Manchester headquarters.
Working alongside CTI's CEO, Clive Wratten, Melanie will be part of the senior management team and will be responsible for developing outstanding client partnerships and customer service covering all areas from the service provided over the phone through to client management reviews and strategies.

At Etihad, Melanie has experience of building a strong account management team, increasing revenues from the region to £38 million and successfully delivering the business plan for Etihad’s newest offering from Edinburgh in June this year.
Prior to this, in 2005 Melanie moved from bmi in London to be Corporate Account Manager North for SAS, managing their largest UK corporate account.
