30 Euston Square appoints new executive chef

London events venue 30 Euston Square has announced the appointment of a new executive chef to its catering team.
Daniel Broughton takes on the job after three years as head chef and senior sous chef at the venue, with previous experience including roles at Olympic Park, The Wolesley, and the Royal Opera House.

Specialising in combining classic concepts with modern influences, Daniel will now be responsible for leading the team at 30 Euston Square and overseeing the running of its busy kitchen operation. 

Yvette Chatwin, general manager at 30 Euston Square, comments: “We’re thrilled to announce Daniel as our new executive chef – our catering team has gone from strength to strength since our opening in 2013, and we’re positive that Daniel will continue to help ensure the delivery of a consistently excellent food and drink offering for our clients.”
