Wratten, 52, joined CTI in June 2015 as commercial director, and since joining has already restructured the sales and client management teams and evolved CTI’s positioning to be a Travel Partnership Company.
Ian White, the previous CEO of CTI, has taken a new role within the company of Value Innovation Partner, where he will lead the development of new products and services, and markets, for CTI, its clients and partners.

Before joining CTI, Wratten was General Manager, UK at Etihad Airways where he implemented a new commercial strategy that saw UK revenues grow from £65 million to £250 million. He has also held senior roles with HRG and Gulf Air.
