The Advisory Board will consist of specialists from experience marketing, sports and musical events, event technology, digital and social media, the academic sector and some of the industry’s leading publications, and will be Chaired by Chad Lion-Cachet, Chief Executive of Events International Group (EIG), the company that is backing the MyEvent.Vision.
The board includes high profile individuals such as Simon Hughes (BVEP), Mark Howell (Howell Media & Management Services), Robert Dunsmore (freelance Creative Director), Kevin Jackson (The Experience is the Marketing), Jane Baker (MPI / 2Heads), Jason Allan Scott (Changemaker Enterprises and Hollywood Inc), James Morgan (Event Tech Lab / Westminster University), and Jackie Mulligan (UK Centre for Events Management at Leeds Beckett University).
The board’s role will be to provide insight and input into the future of the competition and how it serves the wider UK events industry. MyEvent.Vision is a once in the lifetime opportunity for one event professional to see their event concept bought to life with the backing of Events International Group. The competition was launched in the autumn, with competitors needing to submit their ideas before 8th February 2016. The winner will be announced in the spring 2016.
