Richa Chugh

Startup prepares to double team in six months

Online venue marketplace Hire Space has appointed Richa Chugh as head of talent.
The newly created role will see Richa spearhead the growth of the Hire Space team and help to scale the business as it expands. With the startup set to double from 25 to 50 team members in the next six months, Richa will take the lead on talent acquisition, recruitment strategy, performance management and development of existing team members alongside strengthening internal HR and organisational structures. .

Richa joins Hire Space with over ten years’ experience in human resource functions including change management, business performance analytics, performance management and talent acquisition. 

Most recently Richa lead the performance management work stream at Plan International where she was part of the Business Operating Model-Change Programme. Richa has also held roles at HDFC Standard Life Insurance, ICICI Prudential Life Insurance and Thomas International in India as well as Mahindra Satyam in Singapore.
