Already focused on the opening in February 2016, Cyrille is working closely with the rest of the team in the lead up to the open date.
Born in Nice, France, he has over 22 years of practical and educational experience in various resorts, hotels, restaurants, and five-star tourism establishments positioned throughout Europe, United States, and the Indian Ocean.
His career in hospitality started as a Chef, he then progressed to Director of Food & Beverage, and further on to Executive Assistant Manager (EAM). In this capacity as EAM, he was very much involved in the general management of the hotel and championed the Leading Quality Assurance.
After ten consecutive years working for the Leading Hotels of the World Constance Lemuria Praslin, he is now proud to be part of the CaranaBeach team. Dynamic and energetic, Cyrille faces every challenge with professionalism as he strives for perfection.
