In her new role, Cotton will be responsible for leading the Center Parcs sales strategy and approach within the corporate hospitality, meetings and events sector, managing and developing the sales team, as well as creating and developing new business leads and face-to-face business relationships in order to generate and convert enquiries into confirmed business.
Cotton joins the Center Parcs team from Alton Towers Resort where she held the role of Head of Trade and Corporate Sales since 2011. As part of her role, Cotton led the regional Trade Sales team and Corporate Sales team at the resort and managed expenditure budgets to minimise cost of sales and deliver ROI.
