Frederick Soulban promoted from position of Director of Food and BeverageAmwaj Rotana Jumeirah Beach - Dubai has appointed Frederick Soulban as Executive Assistant Manager.
Graduating from the Hotel Management School in Beirut, Lebanon, Frederick has extensive experience within the hospitality industry, particularly in Food and Beverage. Although he has spent much of his career with Rotana Hotels, starting with the Towers Rotana in Dubai as Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in 2007, Frederick was also previously with the InterContinental Hotel Phoenicia Beirut and progressed from the position of Restaurant Manager to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage.
Growing through the ranks, Frederick was then promoted to the position of Director of Food and Beverage – a position he held at two Rotana hotels prior to his promotion to the position of Executive Assistant Manager at Amwaj Rotana, Dubai.
Commenting on his new appointment, Frederick says, “It is always very rewarding to be given opportunities to grow and Rotana has guided me in paving a career of success. Amwaj Rotana is an iconic hotel along the Jumeirah Beach Residence district of Dubai and it is thrilling to be entering the next league of my journey with them.”
In his new role, Frederick will not only manage the operational aspects of the hotel, he will also lead significant refurbishment projects vital to the hotel’s development.
