The Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, one of the world’s largest and most dynamic hotel groups, has appointed Christina Walls as Area Brand Director, UK & Ireland.  Christina joins Carlson Rezidor from IHG where she has served as Brand Manager AMEA since 2014.  
In her newly created position, Christina will be responsible for the complete brand portfolio of Carlson Rezidor in the UK and Ireland, covering: Park Inn by Radisson, Radisson Blu, Radisson Red, and Quorvus Collection

Christina has over 10 years’ experience in Branding and Marketing roles.  Having started her career as Senior Marketing Executive for Historic Royal Palaces, she joined RIPA International, Capita in 2007 as International Marketing Manager, with sole responsibility for the strategic planning, management and execution of their International marketing plan.  In 2010 Christina was appointed to the position of Strategic Communications Manager at Capita Development Solutions, where she co-managed the marketing strategy for three businesses.   

Christina joined IHG in 2011 as Brand Manager for Europe, responsible for the consistent delivery, brand strategy execution, and development and design support in order to increase guest experience, for two brands in Europe.   Christina was promoted to Brand Manager AMEA for IHG in January 2014, her most recent position.  

Christina will be based at the Park Inn by Radisson Hotel & Conference Centre, London Heathrow Airport, and reports directly to Richard Moore, Area Vice President, UK & Ireland.
