Joe Carter, Director of Event Operations at London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square said, “London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square is one of London’s key banqueting and conference events venues, offering impeccable services and facilities. It is a real honor to join the team. Meetings Imagined is an exciting online tool, which enables organisers to create imaginative experiences, and that I’m looking forward to bringing clients’ ideas to life.”
London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square is celebrating its 30th anniversary in 2015 and the hotel boasts the largest pillar free ballroom in the Capital. The hotel successfully trialed Meetings Imagined, an innovative online conference, events and meeting tool designed to help meeting organisers’ visualise, plan and implement their event. London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square was the only property in the UK to test the initiative before it was made available nationwide in April 2015. Originally a stately townhouse, London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square has 217 rooms and 20 suites.
This includes eight Balcony Suites, each of which has an inward-facing terrace and access to a secret landscaped garden, offering a green oasis and privacy in the heart of London. Complementing the hotel’s five-star facilities, Gordon Ramsay’s maze restaurant offers guests a unique experience, whether in the main restaurant, maze View or at the Kitchen Table, situated at the heart of the kitchen.
The hotel also boasts an award-winning speakeasy cocktail bar, The Luggage Room, which is accessed through a secret door and is located in the hotel’s original luggage room. London Marriott Hotel Grosvenor Square remains one of Marriott’s flagship properties.
