Having worked for many years as a food service consultant, Chris joins the team at Fare of London to oversee the organisation’s foodservice operations across all client venues and support the company’s Operations Director, Richard Kinder.
As a new Fare of London Director, Chris will take ownership of client relationships and will also support the development of the marketing and business strategy initiatives of the organisation.
Having previously worked as an Executive Chef for Compass Group at venues including Somerset House and Hatfield House, Chris will also be involved with supplier partnerships including food strategy and sourcing, ensuring that partnerships are formed in keeping with the organisations ethical practice.
Commenting on the appointment, Chris says: “I’m delighted to join the team here at Fare of London. I’m very passionate about the industry and the work that Fare of London does and I’m thrilled to be joining at such an exciting time for the organisation in its 25th year.”
