ICC Sydney Director of Culinary Services appointed to deliver creative cuisine philosophy

AEG Ogden has announced the appointment of Lynell Peck as the International Convention Centre Sydney (ICC Sydney) Director of Culinary Services.
A senior practitioner with more than 30 years in hospitality and event management at leading five star venues,  Lynell joins ICC Sydney following a stellar four years as Executive General Manager for Hospitality, Events and Operations at the Australian Turf Club.  Lynell spent 17 years of her career with Australian Jockey Club Ltd across a variety of food and beverage roles that culminated with Executive Director for Hospitality and Events.

Lynell’s appointment is a key part of the venue’s Culinary Plan, which will ensure ICC Sydney delivers world class, creative cuisine while encompassing the AEG Ogden philosophy to deliver a seasonal, locally-supplied, superior food and beverage experience.
