Late Night London continue their growth with new appointments to the team

Novus Leisure strengthens in-house meetings and events team with staff shakeup

In line with wider developments across Novus Leisure the Late Night London corporate sales team have embraced three new team members at varying levels to help strengthen their already burgeoning team. 
The new appointments include Celina Tremoureux to the role of National Account Manager on the direct corporate side of the business, Sophie Elkington as Account Executive and Andrew Cooper as the new National Account Manager for Late Night London’s agency clients.

The appointments come as a result of the internal expansion and development plans across Novus and will strengthen the in-house teams as well as the head office executive teams.

Celina follows the long tradition of internal promotion and growth at Late Night London having worked with the group for over ten years in various roles in-venue. Most recently she held the role of sales and events manager at the Balls Brother’s Bury Court location before accepting the position of National Account Manager within head office. Celina’s years of in-venue experience at Novus not only make her intimately acquainted with the full range of venues and their capacities but provides an additional logistical knowledge certain to behove all of her new clients.

Joining Celina’s team is Sophie Elkington taking up the Account Executive gauntlet following a background in property.  The additional National Account Manager position for the agency clients will be filled by Andrew Cooper. Not from within the Novus family, Andrew began his career within the hospitality industry on the operational side before enjoyed a successful career in sales across hotels and unique venues.

Georgina Coleman has said of the new team members; ‘we are so excited to have new blood in the team as we grow and develop as a unit. Last year was an exceptionally busy year for us and this year is shaping up to be even more so, having dedicated, talented individuals who are excited to learn and achieve within the team as a whole is essential. Each of the new team members is demonstrative of both the time that Novus puts into the progression and development of their employees and the rigorous hunt for the new talent that we consistently pursue. There are a unique range of opportunities available within the company to those who are willing to invest their time and grow within and we are happy to see that come to fruition. This year has seen us pioneer our graduate programme which will no doubt make our internal promotion and growth more extreme.’
