Flying Butler has announced three new additions to its team of dedicated professionals, in its Sales, Reservations and Guest Services functions.
Roxana Crainiciuc brings valuable experience in sales and operations roles within the UK serviced apartment industry and is now focused on developing direct relationships with key channels for Flying Butler locations.
Patrizia Santaniello joins Flying Butler with a wealth of hotel experience in guest-facing roles and is perfectly placed to build further the service and attention Flying Butler offers its guests. Among other duties Patrizia is leading the company’s Meet & Greet programme, ensuring all guests are met on arrival and that their settling-in is hassle-free.
Maeva Noual brings a strong knowledge of apartment sales and reservations processes to Flying Butler, having worked with both operators and agencies in the UK and European serviced apartment industry. Maeva will be a daily contact for our clients booking into Flying Butler, as well as supporting the sales team and working closely with Flying Butler’s industry legend - Sherry Humphreys.
