Keith has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having developed the food and beverage offering at Malmaison and Hotel du Vin.

With a strong track record in managing restaurants from concept through to launch, Keith handled the high profile openings of both Bistro du Vin in London’s Soho and an exclusive afternoon tea offering at Liberty London.
Keith added: “From the minute I stepped into a bustling kitchen I was hooked. Growing up in Edinburgh, the restaurant business was an exciting way to develop my career and travel the world. I’m now very excited to get back to my roots working with the best ingredients in a great Scottish company.”
“My role will involve working alongside our chefs to create an even stronger guest experience through training, menu creation and new developments, which I’ll be able to talk more about soon.”
Keith’s experience also includes over two years with DeVere Group where he directed all food and beverage operations.
