House of Fisher announces appointment of new Sales Manager to support rapid growth

With ambitious expansion plans firmly underfoot, the serviced apartment provider, House of Fisher, continues a period of rapid growth with the adoption of new technology and the development of a new robust company infrastructure.  
By carefully recruiting experienced Staff from upscale Hotel backgrounds, House of Fisher has taken a committed approach in securing the growth of its apart-hotel brand. The latest professional recruit  is new Sales Manager, Loreta Sobolyte.

In her role as a Sales Manager at House of Fisher, Loreta will be providing proactive business development support to identify new opportunities for growth as well as managing existing corporate clients and agent relationships.  

Passionate about maximising the provider’s future, Loreta, along with her counterparts Aneal Sadiq and Jennifer Farina, is set to drive increased business to House of Fisher’s front door; enthusing, “The standard of accommodation is very high and it is a pleasure to be part of such a reputable company. I do enjoy working with, and being part of, this incredible team. I strongly believe that team effort is the strongest force for success.’  

Originating from Lithuania, Loreta has lived in the UK for almost 12 years. Graduating from Buckinghamshire New University with a BA Honours degree in International Travel and Tourism Management, Loreta began her hospitality career with BDL Management. Roles with Meridian Leisure Hotels and Redefine BDL Hotels followed and most recently a position as Cluster Sales Manager with Intercontinental Hotels Group. Responsible for delivering over £1mlllion revenue per annum cross selling 40 hotels in the IHG Managed Estate in the UK including Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn brands,  Loreta managed a portfolio of corporate, local and key accounts for the Holiday Inn hotels in the ‘M4 Cluster’.
