Casa de Campo resort appoints Leandro Cruz as Vice President of Sales

The management of Casa de Campo resort in the Dominican Republic has announced the appointment of Leandro Cruz as its Vice President of Sales. Cruz will be responsible for overseeing local and international sales at Casa de Campo. It is one of the best resorts in the world, most famous for its stellar Pete Dye-designed golf courses, including the No.1 golf course in Latin America, Teeth of the Dog, in addition to their world class polo and tennis facilities, Casa de Campo Spa, spacious villas and private beaches.

A hotel management graduate, Cruz has more than 25 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in the United States, Europe and Latin America.

Leandro Cruz, Vice President of Sales at Casa de Campo, commented on the new role: “My work has already begun in taking the different areas of the Casa de Campo resort to the next level of Caribbean luxury, specifically focusing on our villas, rooms, food and beverages, beaches and sports facilities, thereby bringing the resort into a new era at the helm of our President, Rafael Torres. A big focus for 2015 will be on the UK and European markets as well as the existing ones of Latin America and North America.”
