Reporting directly to Lucas Hewett, Regional Director, Sales - Americas at Bridgestreet, Janco will be responsible for developing and managing the sales team, encouraging them to perform to their highest level using guidelines set forth by Hewett.
Janco brings 18 years of hospitality sales and management experience to his new position with BridgeStreet. The Director of Sales is a true player/coach role, one where Janco will lead by example and set a tone for the region through individual sales excellence. Acting as a sales leader, Janco will be responsible for revenue growth and unique hospitality solutions in the emerging Midwest market.
