The goal is to properly address the market, communicating with the maximum of effectiveness, in Italy as well as abroad, the exceptional resources that the complex of Nova Yardinia offers to the MICE segment in all its branches, from traditional meetings to team-building and special events: four hotels (4– and 5–star), 790 rooms, 30 meeting rooms, 7,800 square meters of exhibition areas and unconventional spaces, along with 14 restaurants, five kilometres of private beach, 3,500 square metres of Thalasso-Spa, the precious natural scenery and the professionalism and courtesy of the management team that have already shaped it as a successful leisure destination.

Giuseppe Gambino graduated in law at Bari State University, MA in tourism management at Rome Luiss Management, Giuseppe Gambino has over twenty years of experience in the tourism industry. Before taking up his new duties in Nova Yardinia he had been for six years sales manager in Una Hotels & Resorts, representing all the Una-branded hotels in Italy and creating the business start-up of the Una Hotel in Rome; previously, from 2003 to May 2006, he held the position of sales manager at Mercure Hotel Villa Romanazzi Carducci in Bari, and before that he managed the business start-up of two Mercure hotels in Rome (Accor group).

Giuseppe is deeply keen to interpersonal relationships, and has consolidated skills for both the corporate and the leisure segment. "I accepted this challenge with great pleasure and I thank those who have “paved me the way” with their work", he says. 'Nova Yardinia is a prestigious place, not to mention the fact that, since I come from Apulia, I find that working for my homeland is inspiring in itself. With the team we are building, made up of young motivated talents, I have no doubt that we will reach (and exceed!) all the objectives in the short-medium term".

General manager Mr. Vincenzo Gentile commented, "In Nova Yardinia we strongly believe in human resources, and I am personally convinced that people make the difference. This is even more true in a key department such as the commercial one, especially in this delicate period for the matching of offer and demand in all sectors. So we’ll never give up investments, both in the acquisition of new resources and in their training and updating".
