Jupiter Hotels and Lord Sebastian Coe crown partnership with over £50,000 donation to charity

Jupiter Hotels’ sixteen-year partnership with Sebastian Coe Health Clubs is being celebrated with three fundraiser events, expected to raise over £50,000 for local charities.
Successful events at the Mercure London Watford Hotel and the Mercure Leicester City Hotel, raised £40,000 – a final fundraiser took place in May at Mercure Maidstone, Great Danes Hotel. The final event, which was attended by Lord Sebastian Coe, will raise the total to more than the targeted £50,000.

Four stars is the icing on the cake for Kendal's Best Western Plus Castle Green

The independently owned BEST WESTERN PLUS Castle Green Hotel in Kendal has had a bumper time with awards already this year, culminating this month in receiving its four-star grading from the AA. 

The 99-bedroom hotel, located a mile from Kendal town centre in 14 acres of landscaped gardens, attained a four star rating with a merit score of 77% in the recent AA inspection and retained its two AA Rosette Award for The Greenhouse Restaurant.  The Hotel has undertaken a programme of refurbishment over the last two years to refresh bedrooms and meeting spaces, and includes a new reception area this year, raising its facilities to the four star level.
