A recent study by Italy’s Monza and Brianza Chamber of Commerce named the Eiffel Tower as the most valuable monument in Europe, valued at £343bn. The study based the Paris landmark’s value on its image, brand and visibility.

In an Art Déco style, the decoration of the Eiffel Penthouse has been carefully crafted to reflect the dark, handsome Eiffel Tower against the brilliant back-drop of the blue Paris skies; Chocolate mahogany furniture and floors are accented with rich and luxurious powder-blue silks and velvet. A mix of genuine Art-Deco furniture and specially designed pieces in Rosewood, Macassar Ebony and Mahogany characterise the Eiffel Penthouse., offering the richest of materials to complement the richest of views.
From the bedroom to the living room to the bathroom, all the rooms are equipped with large picture windows and have a unique view on the majestic Eiffel Tower which almost blends into the furniture. In fact, thanks to the latest in the art of glass technology, the opaque bathroom window can become instantly transparent at the flick of a switch, allowing guests to enjoy the view on the sparkling Eiffel Tower from their tub (or be hidden from the outside world).
The Eiffel Suite has a private lift made of glass, which leads the guests to their own private roof-terrace, stretching 28 square metres just above the living room.
