Tropical gems Andaz Mayakoba and Park Hyatt St Kitts offer exclusive Virtuoso benefits as they prepare to debut

BVirtuoso®, the global network specializing in luxury and experiential travel, is offering travelers exclusive benefits at two hotly anticipated resorts from upscale Hyatt brands: Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya and Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour.

In a limited-time opening offer exclusively for clients of Virtuoso advisors, guests at Andaz Mayakoba will receive a complimentary third night as well as a complimentary one-way airport–hotel transfer. Guests can benefit from this introductory offer for bookings September 26 to November 30, 2016 and travel from January 9 to April 6, 2017. As well, Virtuoso guests will receive the following perks for stays any time at the Mexican resort:
• Upgrade to the next room category on arrival, subject to availability
• $120 USD resort credit per stay, which can be used towards a professional photo shoot at the resort (four photos per room) or spa treatments, or at any of the hotel restaurants
• Daily breakfast buffet for two
• Farewell gift local to the region, such as an artisan craft or sweet treat

Andaz Mayakoba Resort Riviera Maya will welcome boutique-hotel travelers to Mexico at the end of 2016. The resort's sustainable design, cuisine and experiences reflect the local area and culture. The resort integrates humanity and the environment in its 214 rooms. Each features an open layout, nature-inspired artisan décor, views of tropical scenery and amenities to energize guests.

Bordering the Caribbean Sea with its unique lagoon, mangrove and cenote hazards, the 18-hole El Camaleón golf course designed by renowned architect and PGA legend Greg Norman is both exciting and scenic. Three restaurants and bars will offer eclectic flavors and pool, beach or lagoon views. The hotel’s services also include outdoor pools and a whirlpool, spa with eight treatment rooms and beauty salon, gym, yoga studio, lap pool and indoor fitness areas. The resort will offer daily activities including yoga and boat rides.

Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour, opening in March 2017, overlooks The Narrows, a strait separating St. Kitts and Nevis. It spans the width of Banana Bay, a secluded cove with a golden sandy beach and views of the crystal-clear Caribbean. The sustainable design evokes the island’s history in the 126 rooms, 48 of those suites. Rooms feature rain showers, soaking tubs, walk-in wardrobes and outdoor daybeds. Many suites offer individual rooftop pools with views of Nevis and the Caribbean Sea.

The resort will offer three restaurants: The Stone Barn, featuring global small plates; The Fisherman’s Village, with ocean-to-table overwater dining; and The Great House, containing the main restaurant as well as a rum bar, chef’s table and conservatory serving afternoon tea. Guests will also enjoy a range of services at the Sugar Mill Spa & Sanctuary, 24-hour fitness center, two outdoor swimming pools and The Island Fort by Camp Hyatt, a children’s club. As well, the hotel offers Kittitian Journeys, day-long immersive experiences which focus on the Federation’s history, culture, nature and activities.

Virtuoso guests staying at Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour will enjoy the following complimentary benefits:
• Upgrade to the next room category on arrival, subject to availability
• Personal welcome greeting and gift • $100 USD resort credit • Daily full breakfast for two served in the Great House
• Early check-in/late check-out, subject to availability

“Both Andaz Mayakoba and Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour will be in-demand additions to the Virtuoso Hotels & Resorts portfolio,” said Albert Herrera, Virtuoso’s senior vice president of Global Product Partnerships. “Generation-X and Millennial travelers love the Andaz brand for its vibrant style and sense of local culture, and the Riviera Maya is especially sought after due to its close proximity to the U.S. St. Kitts is a stunning setting that until now has had a shortage of luxury lodging options, so Park Hyatt St. Kitts will be eagerly welcomed.”

Andaz Mayakoba and Park Hyatt St. Kitts Christophe Harbour are two of the global luxury hotels debuting with support from the prestigious Virtuoso Preview program. Preview provides clients of Virtuoso travel advisors with advantages they cannot receive anywhere else. In exchange, Virtuoso provides Preview hotels unmatched assistance before they open, including networking opportunities, advisor training, and sales and marketing programs.
