With wellness travel on the minds of many, Le Guanahani, the iconic resort in St. Barth celebrating its 30th anniversary and culmination of a four-year £33 million renovation, is anticipating guests’ needs with three new travel packages that encourage travellers to “Rest,” “Engage” and “Cultivate” throughout their stay.

Designed to enhance the health and well-being of guests, each of the five-night packages include multiple Body Bliss treatments, private wellness sessions, daily buffet breakfast at Indigo, daily lunch or dinner at the resort’s restaurants, round-trip local airport transfers and more:
• REST – Achieve a state of heightened relaxation and renewal with peace-inducing spa treatments and amenities designed to encourage deep rejuvenating sleep including a Deep Sleep Tissue Massage, a Sommeil Body Polish, Massage and Scalp Treatment and a Tranquilité Massage. The therapeutic team at the Spa by Clarins recommends guests begin their stay with a private coaching session to help recalibrate the mind and body, and establish wellness intentions and goals.

• ENGAGE – Support greater performance and recovery after fun-filled days of outdoor adventure and exploration in St. Barth with signature spa treatments curated for active travelers including a Coconut Cooler Treatment, a Relief and Recovery Massage and a Skin Intensive Wrap or Body Facial. Guests can also enjoy a private fitness session, complimentary watersports and exciting island activities such as guided hiking, diving and deep-sea fishing.

• CULTIVATE – Bond over shared experiences and spend quality time with a significant other or close friend with activities and spa treatments including a Couple’s Body Polish Treatment, a Couple’s Massage and a Together Pedicure. Custom activities can be arranged by request including a moonlight kayaking tour, gourmet picnic and elegant private dinner or in-villa wine tasting.

These new wellness packages are timely additions to the 30th anniversary celebrations currently underway at Le Guanahani. The property recently introduced treatments from Body Bliss, a skincare line that taps the healing potential of aromatherapy. Spa by Clarins has eight new Body Bliss treatments, each customised specifically for Le Guanahani by Oxford-trained botanist Nick James, who launched Body Bliss in 2000 with talent and input from specialists of massage, bodywork, aromatherapy, colour therapy, botanical science, teaching and design.

The property also offers a full menu of spa services at Spa My Blend by Clarins including new My Blend treatments customized to incorporate individual lifestyle factors into the development of its formulas. Le Guanahani is one of only eight properties in the world – and the only in the Caribbean – to offer My Blend treatments.

Five-night package rates start at £4,000 based on single/double occupancy per room for travel dates October 20 – December 16, 2016. For more information visit leguanahani.com.
