In close proximity to The Chelsea Flower Show, La Suite West offers the ideal opportunity to relax following the festivities and re-imagine the beautiful botanicals and blooms with an exquisite, floral inspired menu.
A perfectly aligned collaboration, the hotel’s in-house RAW Restaurant is ideal for dairy-free, gluten-free and wellness-orientated diners. Guests can then combine style and rejuvenation with contemporary interior styling by Anouska Hempel, simply stunning presentation and a guilt-free menu of plant-based favourites.
In line with the horticultural equivalent of Fashion Week, Head Chef Nik Heartland has created an exquisite and equally as stylish floral inspired menu, including:
• Welcome Mocktail with Bread and Olives
• Starter: Beetroot and Avocado Salad with Edible Flowers
• Main: Almond Feta Ravioli with Micro Herbs and Nettle Puree
• Dessert: Strawberry and Rosehip Tart with Rose Petal Meringue
